This review is a summary of probably 10+ visits to the Eastside location.

The food has always been delightful for the price. I have visited during both lunch and dinner and the wait has never been more than 20 minutes. If you’re hungry expect to spend around $15 per person. The staff has always been kind and helpful. And the restaurant is well maintained although not a very cozy environment if that’s what you are seeking. The Westside location has a better atmosphere in my opinion. The only issues that I’ve ever found are the fries being occasionally undercooked but this has only happened twice.

If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat that’s not going to leave you on the toilet for an hour this is the place

Edit: I emailed them again & they disappeared, again
They messed up my order, I contacted them & they apologized & said they’d give me a gift card (which I didn’t expect). I didn’t hear anything for a couple weeks so I reached out and they never messaged me back, just disappeared completely. I also went back giving them another chance but their chicken was hard

Hey I have a question, why do I have to pay 1$ extra for cheese in a tuna melt when it's literally called a Tuna "MELT" what are yal melting if I don't pay up?! That should come with it jack wagons.

We got the breakfast burritos and they are SO delicious. The sauce they use is my favorite. Costumer service was excellent. We will be regulars for sure.

Usually when I come in, I get really good service and food. Service is always pretty good, however, the last two times I have gone in, the food quality has gone down. This past time the chicken in the chicken sandwich was paper -and I mean paper- thin in the middle. You couldn't tell until biting into it that only the sides had any meat. Very disappointing. I usually like their food, however, it will be awhile before I go in again.

As someone who is Celiac I love having a convenient grab and go food option but.... they're very often not open the hours they say they are and don't feel like they need to tell anyone either. It's extremely frustrating.

They are using bare hands to roll/wrap burritos. The food is good but this is surely a red flag. Skin oil burritos... gross!

Someone else took our order (ok it can happen). Alas, we got up to get order as soon as it was announced and the server said it wasn't ours but was very similar. Again, ok.
Then, when next order came out, she claimed it was ours but it wasn't. After some confusion on employees part, our order was supposedly remade.
However, only the burgers and wrap remade. They tried to give us the now cold fries from the first order.
When asked if we could have hot fries, she quickly claimed they had been under warmer. However in a closed bag they didn't stay hot. I suggested that when having to remake part of order it would be nice to remake all parts so everything is warm.
So as we waited on hot fries, the rest of the food cooled, even under their warmer. The now cold burger would have been so much better when hot (as bun and meat seemed fresh).
Ultimately, we were made to think we were the problem. Seems customer service training might benefit.
