Live/Raw Food Restaurants in Bend, OR

“This place was a dream find. We’re not vegans but wanted to try it because its space and lawn are so cute. The food was excellent, super fresh and extremely tasty. We had the Radiant Roll and the Broccoli ‘cheddar’ soup and a zingy blue lemonade-like cooler. The nori on the roll was so crisp and every shred of veggie and morsel of the walnut ‘meat’ mixture looked like it had just been prepared. The soup was perfectly seasoned, warm and cozy and if you hadn't told me I wouldn’t have thought it was plant based. Juices are listed in a separate area back by the pastry case so we missed those, but next time we’ll try them and the special hot drinks and pastries. The cheesecake looked like a carved marble tablet, so pretty. You can tell that the owner/cook really cares. We left feeling extremely satisfied and healthier than when we arrived! Thank you Salud🩷“
