My friend went to this McDonald's this morning....He speaks some Spanish... The workers were rude and insulting. Calling him. Cuss words .. When he got the food he ordered. It was contaminated with a blueberry stuck at the top of the bag ...
They acted entitled and rude ..
You all need to fire some people and hirer some people that know what respect is... We will not be going there again..Will be letting family and friends what to expect going here

Store closed lobby early states lobby is open until 9pm we got there at 8:30pm, so we tried to go through the drive through on bikes and they would not serve us, to get served I had to get my car. Rude manager name Monte. Other McDonald’s I’ve been to will take orders at the window for people walking or on bicycles. This McDonald’s has poor customer service.

Hi, I'm not from the area but needed a quick food run for the kiddos. I used my McDonald's app, grabbed a deal and picked it up at the drive thru. The young man at the 2nd window, greeted me with a smile, handed over my order (which was fresh, hot & delicious ) and wished me a great evening as I pulled away. A smile and kind words go a long way. Thanks to the long haired young man for making our chaotic evening less stressful!

This is not a complaint, rather a question... I have eaten and enjoyed their sausage burrittos (and still do). My question is this -- the burrito filling quantity seems much smaller than before. Is this how McDs is avoiding raising prices on certain items -- by reducing the size of the product. I don't care if they do that but I think they should tell folks if they do... just a question and opinion.

I am new to DoorDash upon arrival at store The store was closed five minutes before they said they were going to be closed so we went the drive-through and the gentleman on the other side berated us because we asked him to double check as the DoorDash app requested us to do so following our job policy. The gentleman on the other side, decided to yell at us for just trying to do our job, whoever that gentleman was is very disrespectful very rude and I will highly recommend not going to this McDonald’s.
Extremely fast and efficient! They got our order right and had great, friendly service!

Unprofessional Customer Service!
Unprofessional store manager who thinks its funny to ghost customers attempting to pick up a DoorDash delivery through the drive-through. Came through the drive-thru at 5:10am and once I was greeted through the drive through speaker, I proceeded to tell the employee that I was here for a DoorDash delivery order. The employee, (Store Manager in this case), did not respond back to me so I proceeded to ask if they were there or if they heard my order. After asking several times but not receiving any response, I proceeded to drive up to the drive through window. I waited for an employee to come to the window, but still they never came. Over the course of another 10-minutes, I got out of my car and knocked on the window but still nobody came. I tried to go in the store but the doors were locked...even though the store hours posted showed them being open at 5 am. I could see employees walking in the back of the kitchen chose to ignore me for close to 15 minutes. I left without getting the delivery and reported them to DoorDash. This is the second time this exact same experience has occurred but the first time it occurred, it happened at the McDonalds near the Wagner Mall off of 3rd Street. I've reported this situation to McDonalds customer care and am awaiting to hear from the owner, Scott Accaragui. Evidently, this owner owns quite a few of the McDonalds in Bend, Oregon so hopefully, he will reach out to me to address this issue. I have no idea why they would be so rude.

The restaurant was very busy. The employee who helped me was courteous and quick to get my order.
Parking: It is busy at peak hours. I did find a spot and did notice how clean the parking lot was.
Kid-friendliness: I did see a lot of teenagers. The restaurant was very busy. It looked like they were all having a blast!
