Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese

Very disorganized staff = multiple wrong orders, returns, remakes, and delays.

I patiently waited over 20 min for my order and then was basically blamed for all the confusion because I “didn’t take my number card when I ordered” (I and many other people there were never given one). I was asked what I ordered again, given my food 3 minutes later, and then got home to discover I got the completely wrong order. (I ordered a specialty sandwich with hamburger and caramelized onions and got a basic grilled cheese with either blue or Gorgonzola cheese… which I can’t eat). 🙄

It’s one thing to get flustered in a rush and make some mistakes, but to make the same mistakes over and over again even after being corrected multiple times and then to try to blame it on the customers… not cool.

Food was about what you’d expect for a fast food place - nothing special and definitely not worth the annoyance or cost… paid $20 for a side soup and full sandwich (no drink) and got a sandwich that probably should have only been $12 that I couldn’t eat most of anyway)

This restaurant requires delivery drivers to fill customer drinks instead of having staff do it. That’s a serious food-safety concern. Delivery drivers are not food-safety certified and should never be expected to handle drinks. Having completed over 6,000 deliveries myself, I’ve seen many unsanitary situations, including drivers not washing their hands after the restroom. Customers deserve sealed drinks prepared only by trained restaurant staff, not passed through untrained hands.

If the owner is cutting corners to fill drinks, what other areas is he willing to take shortcuts?

We have visited here on a couple occasions and have loved it every time! Our favorites are the Birria Brisket and the Potsticker. Their service has always been great as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun bite.

Wow! The food was so flippin' good! The gentleman greeted us immediately and told us how to order and then brought us freshly made chips that were so yummy! I got the pepperosa pizza and it was soooo good, it did not disappoint! My daughter ordered the mac-n-cheese, also amazing! 10/10 stop and try this place.

Hubby & I absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious, clean environment, & the staff were really nice. I like the location. I didn't see a bathroom.
