I can’t say enough about the service at the Bend location. I am out of town across the country and I placed a cookie order for delivery. I put the address in wrong but Joe G., the driver called me for directions. I was in a conference so I could not talk to him. He took the cookies back to the shop and the manager Kristen called me. They took the cookies back out for delivery that afternoon and they were so nice. They helped me and I would give this team 5 STARS all day...read full review
