I moved out of state about a year ago and let me tell you, I dream about their tonkotsu ramen. I honestly wish I had never been blessed enough to try it because nothing will ever compare. Every single other bowl of ramen I’ve had has been a disappointment because it doesn’t live up to Miyagis Tonkotsu ramen. I often consider taking a flight back to bend for this place alone. I could cry thinking about it, I miss this ramen
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miyagi Ramen – Bend, OR
This was my first time having spicy miso ramen—and I am a changed man.
I’ve never been one to pay people for soup. Throw some stuff in a pot, heat it up, hand it off. That’s soup. Even with my limited kitchen skills, I get the basic concept. So when my wife—who is vegan—wanted ramen late one evening, I figured we’d make do with whatever was still open.

The food truck I wanted to go to was closed and this was the closest late night option our first evening in Bend. They only had one vegan item available - the roasted chestnut mushroom soup, and it was 90° out, but that soup really hit the spot.
Toppings knocked it out of the park. I saw others say it was flavorless, and hope they either just had them on an off day, or that they’ll share where they’ve had better ramen.
