Fabulous tuna tartare, with just the perfect amount of tartness to counteract the savory tuna. The pita bread slices were nicely warmed. Accompanied by a crisp, smooth Chardonnay. Very pleasant, peaceful atmosphere on the back deck.
Stopped in while waiting for our room check-in, and so glad we did! Not crowded at all, maybe 6 tables occupied on a Sunday mid-afternoon. Sat at the bar and learned so much about Stoller wines and the different vineyards.Being a newbie to Stoller wines, it was suggested to go with the Winemakers Flight: Riesling; Sauvignon Blanc; 2 Pinot Noirs; Zinfandel.
