Their food truck is nestled between the trendy, bustling Box Factory area of the Old Mill District and downtown Bend. They have fantastic, fresh oyster options; shucked, grilled, and pan fried, plus tasty fish tacos, seafood sandos, crab cakes, specials, and more 💯

My wife and I tried Mother Shuckers for the first time last weekend. We ordered the Calamari Fries, the Bay Shrimp Melt, and half a dozen oysters grilled with butter and garlic. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere at Podski is always great. I highly recommend!
