Very stoked to have good, fresh seafood available up in Tumalo at The Bite! I've tried several of the gluten-free poke bowls and sushi rolls and really enjoyed them all. For especially friendly service, visit them at the Midtown Yacht Club location. (Frank, aka "Pops" is the BEST!) These guys get slammed with online and in-person orders so sometimes they can be a bit short/rushed, but overall the food is good quality and I appreciate that they work hard to get things right.

I’m always wary of food truck sushi, and have been surprised time and time again how fresh and dialed the poke bowls are. Poke bowls are all I have ordered, five times now. Service has been stellar as well, even when very busy the NorthFresh Crew has taken great care of me.I’ve had both the KimChi Ghost bowl and the Lava Poke. I’ve found the portions to be large and great value for what I paid. Ordered once in person and the other 4 times online for pickup. Have had good experiences with both ordering options.Thanks NorthFresh!

This place has some of the best sushi in Bend, and some of the worst employees you will ever meet. After knocking on the closed window with the "open" sign on it and waiting 10 minutes for him to acknowledge our presence, we were yelled at though the still closed window to remove our drinks from his counter. He then went back to ignoring us so we left and ordered elsewhere. This place has great food, but we won't be ordering from this employee ever.

Not sure what some of these reviews are talking about. The service was friendly, helpful and fast. I got the Lava Poke Bowl and it was delicious. A huge portion of fresh fish and fantastic seaweed salad. Highly recommend!

Absolutely one of the freshest sushi you can get in town. The quality from the supplier says it all. I know sushi and this is quality never a disappoint. Simple clean and the way they prepare it. It's all about the fish. Good job guys

You could be standing there thinking about what you want for a few minutes than get a "I'm closed for 40min now)" or "if you want something it will take a hour". So now its now tots tots and always tots

Great fresh fish and people that are complaining that they are sold out all the time is funny to me. If you have a great product it sells out… that’s speaks for itself on quality. If you want frozen and stored fish go to the restaurants that serve that. If you want fresh, goto Northfresh.
