I’m always wary of food truck sushi, and have been surprised time and time again how fresh and dialed the poke bowls are. Poke bowls are all I have ordered, five times now. Service has been stellar as well, even when very busy the NorthFresh Crew has taken great care of me.I’ve had both the KimChi Ghost bowl and the Lava Poke. Not sure what some of these reviews are talking about. The service was friendly, helpful and fast. I got the Lava Poke Bowl and it was delicious. A huge portion of fresh fish and fantastic seaweed salad. Highly recommend!

Very stoked to have good, fresh seafood available up in Tumalo at The Bite! I've tried several of the gluten-free poke bowls and sushi rolls and really enjoyed them all. For especially friendly service, visit them at the Midtown Yacht Club location. (Frank, aka "Pops" is the BEST!) These guys get slammed with online and in-person orders so sometimes they can be a bit short/rushed, but overall the food is good quality and I appreciate that they work hard to get things right.
