“My husband and I went to Kanpai for a date night and it was absolutely phenomenal! The sushi was incredibly fresh, everything we ordered was delicious, and the whole experience was amazing. “High quality sushi, probably better than whatever brick and mortar spot you frequent. Rolls are good, but prioritize the ngiri. The fish quality is excellent and the cuts are huge. Order a Rainier at the bar and pretend it's a Sapporo. This place is a gem.“

“I went for a hibachi dinner in my birthday. The food was great and the wait staff was friendly. Our chef was also very friendly but I was very disappointed when my order of scallops was given to someone else at the grill and I was shorted. The chef did not fire any more and I don’t believe we received any discount on our ticket. The food was good but I left disappointed.“

“Love this place!! Best poke bowl in town. Expect the middle aged brunette with hoops that works at the yacht club location has the worst attitude for no reason. Asked a question and got a nasty face and snooty response. I miss the sweet older guy who is usually working!!“

“We highly recommend 5Fusion and Sushi Bar. It is without a doubt the best sushi we have ever had. My husband and i spend every special occasion there. Sasha, the owner, always treats us like royalty. The dishes are presented like art pieces and taste like the special presentation that they are. The chef is fabulous. It does not disappoint.“
