Ordered my pizza family size half and half. The pizza wasn't a half and half it was a 3/4 and 1/4 they didn't want to remake it at first still not right will go to the other store

Have ordered a few times for pickup at specific times and is never ready. Expect to wait an additional 30-45 minutes past the time you choose.

03/07 update- Gave it another try. Ordered at 3pm for pick up at 5:30pm. Showed up at 5:50(knowing they'd be late) and was told 15 more minutes. Came back at 6:40pm and still not ready. I think this will be the last time.

We made an online order and they said it would be ready at 4:08. We arrived at 4:15 and it wasn't ready, so we went to the counter. They were a complete mess, order receipts scattered, no organized system, 2/5 of the people behind the counter were just standing there, doing nothing. I can't overstate the incompetence. Ultimately we spent 35 minutes with two screaming children in the parking lot waiting for them to make it order. Which we had to re-order, by the way, because they couldn't find it even after we gave them the confirmation code and a screen shot of the order itself.

The whole point of this place is the convenience. Nobody goes there because the pizza is good, or even adequate; they go there because it's convenient. If I could give zero stars, I would. They can't even provide the convenience that is their entire point for existing.

This has happened at this location once before. Fool me twice...
