My kids and I have been in a handful of times since Pika opened. The owner always goes out of her way to be kind, even offering my kids a free keychain prior to the grand opening! The selection is always so fun and interesting, and the staff is always happy to help with any questions we’ve had. The ice cream is also delicious! We love Pika Pika and will continue to frequent their store when we are in the downtown area.

The best bubble tea in town. More authentic- and not overly sweet. The whole place is adorable and aesthetically pleasing. Wish there was a sit down area. But it’s fun to look at all the blind boxes and toys while sipping on the drink.

Really fun store - they had Studio Ghibli, One Piece, and Pokémon items (all my favorites!) that I haven't seen before. I even got a lovely matcha in a cute cup. Everyone was super nice. I'll be bringing my friends by to check it out.

They have the cutest blind boxes and the best boba. I sadly couldn't get the tapioca pearls because they ran out, but the jelly that they put inside was amazing. The layout is super cute and the spot is very convenient. Plus the owner is super kind.

Darling shop with the cutest toys + a small selection of stationary (stickers/pens/notebooks). The staff were especially kind to my daughter today as we ordered drinks. They were out of tapioca pearls and my already overstimulated, special needs kid was on the brink of a meltdown. This is often tough in public because she's no longer a little kid and therefore not often afforded the grace she needs by others to work through these situations. The front desk and barista staff were so kind, understanding, and helpful. The drinks were successfully procured and absolutely delicious. Hope the owner knows that the folks they've hired are *jewels.* We will be back!

Googled Boba Tea, this place popped up. Pleasantly surprised. Super cute store with so many blind boxes to choose from. Had to get a Teddy Lulu bag and a blind box. Authentic, you need to be added to the Sonny Angel App as store! Got a half sweet strawberry matcha latte with heart jellies - delicious!!!

Coming from someone who grew up in the Seattle area, and then moving to Bend, for a while it was hard finding authentic Boba drinks and Vietnamese coffee. Pika Pika scratches that itch that Bend so desperately needed! The Boba tastes just like the boba I grew up eating in the metro area that other places in Bend lack. It is the sweetest atmosphere, everyone who works there seem like they genuinely love their job too! You can tell the owner was super intentional about the design, everywhere you look you’ll see beautiful details. This store brings in young and old, it truly has something for everyone!

Wonder by this shop a few times admiring the giant La bubus (biggest ones I’ve ever seen) in the window. Of course we had to count the teeth. Turns out they r genuine. Owner said they actually had them made at the labubu factory. My family loves them and are big fans of popmart.
Went inside to check it out. The shop itself is stunning. Creative. Artsy. Authentic. Whimsical. Everything is so well thought out. I especially loved the secret door behind the register which is actually a full on book shelf. Fun to see staff going throught.
But my actual favorite part was in the back. A matcha boba tea shop. I am not exaggerating by saying these drinks r a work of art. Starts off with an incredible square bottle that the owner said took months to design. All the ingredients r layered so the finished product looked like a beautiful painting. And the taste was to die for. Im a matcha lover and this was a 10 out of 10.
The owner herself is sooo sweet and kind. Her passion for milk tea and popmart is obvious. She said she’s going to introduce new flavors everyweek. This shop is a wonderful suprise in Bend, but I believe it would stand out in any city. The only critique I have is that it might be helpful to have a sign outside that lets u know there’s an amazing matcha/boba shop inside. A must visit.
