Order was incomplete, missing cheese-sticks, and causing much disappointment with kids. Called customer service, they promised a credit would be put on my phone number. When I called a week later, the promised credit was not honored and no notes of my call were recorded. Food is okay. Corporate customer service "supervisor" was rude and unaccommodating. Will not be giving Pizza Hut any more of my money.

It was good, i love their pizza melts and bread sticks. My favovorite is the pepperoni lovers melt and i love bread sticks with extra seasonings on them.

Service is absolutely terrible, they no longer use delivery drivers so you get doordash which is always late.Worst part was getting food that was ice cold, not luke warm, cold. Thats not only extremely disappointing its dangerous. You don't let chicken sit around at room temperature its a health risk.

I saw the reviews for this location being a 2 star average rating. I just wanna say I had GREAT service, the pizza was delicious after a long drive, and it was fair priced and exactly what I expected. You need not have any qualms about coming here.Bonus tip: use the Pizza Hut app on your smartphone to save a couple bucks.

The worst customer service that i've ever had in my life . I worked for safeway for thirteen years and I worked for mcdonald's 4 Years. I was a dental hygienist for fiftee I have been trained in customer service. Andy Clements, the manager is the worst manager. I've ever met in my life. I have tried to put A complaint through the corporate office I left a message three times with corporate office nobody ever contacted me . I had backsurgery October 24th 2023. We ordered pizza At 730 for delivery at a motel at 930. We still didn't have a pizza. So I called back. They said they would compare the pizza and they would send us a pizza. So at 1030 I called back. We still didn't have a pizza. I talked to some customers. Service place that answers when the main line to the store is busy. Finally, at 11 o'clock we had no Pizza They said they were gonna doordash it. We never got a pizza. So I went to the store to find out what happened The next morning.My caregiver ask the manager to come out. It happened to Andy Clements The manager that had spoke to me that night. He came out to the car and he told us you were drunk And walked away. Just wanna let everybody know I don't drink. We had nothing to drink I had had back surgery On the day that we ordered pizza. So we had no food because there was nothing open after eleven . I will never go back to Pizza Hut again. Ever in my life? I love their food. But I tried to complain about this person. And the corporate office will not even get back to me. I am very upset and I will never order Pizza Hut again. Which makes me sad Andy Clemons should be fired. He is the manager. I am One hundred percent service connected vet in a wheelchair . Vitamin is that Andy Clements was a terrible manager. We never got a pizza. We waited 730 until 11 and we never received our pizza.

I didn't eat at Pizza Hut for over a decade, because their pizza used to be terrible, but I moved pretty close recently and finally gave in.The food is honestly really good. I mean obviously not the best pizza on the planet, but much better than it was in the past. The pizza, the wings, and the pasta are all tasty. I have ordered using the app several times now and not really had any problems.The staff is always really friendly. Just know that sometimes your order will take longer than the estimated time if they are busy.
Pizza Hut uses a call center for orders now and this location actually had the nerve to say it's because they're short staffed. You're so short staffed you hired outsourced employees to do a completely different job instead of.... hiring more people at the restaurant? Really sick of big corporations using this excuse when you know they get tons of applications in.
