Jalila was absolutely incredible! From the moment we sat down she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her energy is warm, upbeat, and genuinely attentive. She checked in at all the right times, made great recommendations, and treated us like friends rather than just customers. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere.
The ambience at River Pig Saloon is just as good — fun, laid-back, and the perfect mix of lively and cozy. Great music, great atmosphere, and an overall awesome place to unwind.
We’ll definitely be back thanks to Jalila and the whole vibe here!

Really cool ambience but the bartender in charge hates his job and takes it out on everyone who comes inside. Patrons tiptoe on eggshells around him. He dumped out my drink after I was in the hallway for 45 seconds. When I made an honest under the breath comment “that’s not fair” he called me out very aggressively and made me repeat my comment in front of everyont. When I confessed that I made the comment he kicked me out even though I tried to be sympathetic to the situation. He doesn’t want to be in hospitality and takes it out on everyone who comes inside. I came from out of town and quickly made friends with locals who were very nice but warned me of him. I didn’t believe them. I’ve never met a bartender so unhappy. I didn’t think they exist. I was wrong. This guy is looking for people to kick out not welcome in. Most unfriendly place I’ve ever been to. I still wish him no harm. He just needs to find a place that makes him happy because he’s not happy where he’s at.

Overall a great sports bar for the Box Factory and Arizona street area. There are taxidermy animals on the walls and a nice loft area. Usually pretty busy. Good food and drink options.

Sat down and ordered food. Two minutes after it came a different bar tender told me I had 10 minutes to eat it before I was going to be kicked out for a private party. It was 7:50PM and my server never said anything about it. When I brought it up, I was met with hostility. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT.

Do not go here ! I never leave reviews but the service here sucks. Bartenders are rude for no reason, I asked one of the bartenders for a drink and he kept nagging about how he didn’t want to make it because he was “busy”. He was just plain out rude and entitled.
