Amazing restaurant. The food was exceptional, everybody at the table audibly said “wow” when eating the pad thai. Full of flavor and authenticity, nice servers, great drinks, and beautiful views. Well decorated inside, beautiful plating, and a unique taste of culture that isn’t common in bend. 100/10 , an experience. I ate: garlic green beans, papaya salad, pad thai, and northern hot pot. Cant express enough how great this place is!

i love sen so much. they cut their menu though so as a regular im sort of panicking.

the food and service here was excellent!! the ONLY reason we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of portion. we ordered the hotpot. we have had hotpot and authentic hotpot at many places, and we felt that for the amount of food that was given here vs other places (Chicago or LA for examples) was significantly less. overall, as stated before, the food was amazing!

DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Best noodle spot in Bend. Prices are so good for the amount of food you get and the flavors are out of this world.

We went in for a late lunch. My friend had the “make your own hot pot” and she had some specific requests for the dipping sauce and they were very accommodating. I had the Drunken Noodles with chicken. It was okay but the chicken was way overcooked, dry and tough. I told the waitress and she said she would tell the kitchen but I never heard any response. For the prices they charge, I would expect much better.

We did the group hot pot experience. Went beef and pork broth. The food was very tasty. I was worried after reading some people's reviews. But for being my first time with hot pot I had enjoyed it. We walked in with no reservation and were able to get a table fairly quickly. Asked for outdoor originally but inquired about the hot pot upon seating. The hostess moved us to a table pretty much immediately. Very happy with the experience a d the food. Our server gave a great break down on how to hot pot as well.

Lovely view! Great service considering I was with a two table party. Fun cocktails and large portions for entrée. First hot pot experience, it was explained nicely.

I had the pleasure of dining at Sen Thai recently, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the best part? The riverside view! There's something so peaceful about enjoying a delicious meal while overlooking the water—it really adds to the whole dining experience.

Let’s talk about the food—WOW! We ordered the Jaw Hon Hot Pot Soup, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The broth was rich, flavorful, and packed with that authentic Thai kick. It’s the kind of dish that warms you up from the inside out, and the ingredients were super fresh. Highly recommend it for anyone craving a comforting, spicy, and satisfying meal.

But the real star for us was the Ka Prao Moo Toon—pork rib basil served with rice and a perfectly fried egg on top. If you haven’t tried this dish yet, you’re missing out! The tender pork ribs paired with the savory basil sauce are a match made in heaven. The fried egg adds the perfect finishing touch, and the portion size was generous without being overwhelming. Every bite was delicious, and it’s definitely one of our all-time favorites now!

The service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back to Sen Thai for more mouthwatering meals!

Highly recommend this spot if you're in Bend and craving delicious Thai food and hot pot. The riverside view, amazing food, and great service will make you a regular customer for sure!

Was so good but… something i ate gave me food poisoning. Watch out for the chicken, that’s what I am assuming it was.

I don’t like writing bad reviews and went to this place’s website to share feedback directly, but was unable to find an email.

Food: okay. Nothing special. I had an overly salty wide noodle dish. My husband had a hot pot. He liked the flavors. We shared some friend chicken that was okay. It was supposed to come with khao soi sauce but it came with something else instead.

Service: really rough. Our food came out all at once. I saw other tables get their starters first, but not us. It also came before our drinks. My husband had to ask for the hot pot ladle twice. And then our waitress took it before he finished. The logistics of the hot pot were challenging but having the extra dishes bc the starter came out with the mains made it really untenable.

The restaurant is super cute and on the water but the experience was bad - and the food was not good enough to deal with the bad service.

Absolutely horrific experience. We were lured by the prime location, and figured that it would be good based on where they were located. It was not. The food is bland at best, and unpalatable at worst. Stay away! You will pay premium prices for a sub-par experience. The blonde waitress is extremely aggressive, which is weird because she got triggered when we asked which dishes were popular and then proceeded to tell us that they don't make any adjustments or alterations so we were stuck with whatever was on the menu. Customer service isn't for everyone, nor is the restaurant industry. What a disappointing experience, hope the owners turn things around for before it's too late.
