Was so good but… something i ate gave me food poisoning. Watch out for the chicken, that’s what I am assuming it was.

Service was good but everything was either “politely declined” or a 20% extra charge.

I don’t like writing bad reviews and went to this place’s website to share feedback directly, but was unable to find an email.
Food: okay. Nothing special. I had an overly salty wide noodle dish. My husband had a hot pot. He liked the flavors. We shared some friend chicken that was okay. It was supposed to come with khao soi sauce but it came with something else instead.
Service: really rough. Our food came out all at once. I saw other tables get their starters first, but not us. It also came before our drinks. My husband had to ask for the hot pot ladle twice. And then our waitress took it before he finished. The logistics of the hot pot were challenging but having the extra dishes bc the starter came out with the mains made it really untenable.
The restaurant is super cute and on the water but the experience was bad - and the food was not good enough to deal with the bad service.

Absolutely horrific experience. We were lured by the prime location, and figured that it would be good based on where they were located. It was not. The food is bland at best, and unpalatable at worst. Stay away! You will pay premium prices for a sub-par experience. The blonde waitress is extremely aggressive, which is weird because she got triggered when we asked which dishes were popular and then proceeded to tell us that they don't make any adjustments or alterations so we were stuck with whatever was on the menu. Customer service isn't for everyone, nor is the restaurant industry. What a disappointing experience, hope the owners turn things around for before it's too late.

Very tasty and the restaurant was a cool place right on the river. I had the lunch special Phad Thai and it was great!

Had our anniversary dinner here, got the hot pot with a couple of non alcoholic drinks. You get broth and very little vegetables, $50 for broth and veggies for two. With a couple of non boozy drinks and extra veggies we had $100 bill. Wont go back, too expensive for what you get while having to cook your own food. Central Oregon going to central Oregon for pricing mediocre food I guess.

I’d say the food was pretty authentic and the portion is appropriate. The restaurant is very clean and modern. I love the park next to the restaurant. Outdoor seating looks nice - would be perfect when the weather cools down at night.

Their service was almost non-existant, the girl kept hiding and ignoring our raised hands, then interrupted our order to inform us that everything is "as-is," when all we asked for were light noodles. The wontons were undercooked and doughy, the soup base had no seasoning, the brisket was tough and overcooked with no flavor, the noodles were also overcooked and I'm honestly afraid that we're going to have bathroom issues tonight. They act fancy, but their chefs can't cook and their servers can't serve. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Didn’t get to eat… we ordered Pad Thai and asked for no bean sprouts because of a health concern for my wife. They refused to leave them out even though they are tossed in at the very end. This is horrible customer service. The server did not care at all, just told us we had to order something else because they will not modify any dish, even for a health related issue. We walked out and would never come back.

I'm SO glad that Sen appeared in our town! Excellent drinks, amazing menu items, and very attentive staff. Overall, it's a great place! Most recently, my sister and I had a really nice time and I'm looking forward to going back again and again. Highly recommend!
