I had just finished playing pickleball at Pine Nursery . It was after 10 am and I was hungry for a breakfast burrito . Recently, I discovered Sol Verde . They have breakfast and lunch burrito's among other mexican items. . They are open from 8 am until 2 pm everyday except Sunday . They have a New Mexico flaire which I had never had and was willing to try something different. I tried the CARNE ADOVADA- Pork in red sauce, eggs, potatoes, cheese, tomato, cilantro & chile sauce (mild green). This rather large breakfast burrito was delicious. The chile sauce was great . Not to hot and great flavor.It cost $13 witch I thought was reasonable. I recently paid $25 for a burrito that wasn't as large or as tasty . Looking forward to trying out the menu.

I've been coming here for a couple of years. Food is always fresh and made to order. . Prices are reasonable! The burritos are large.. the photos in this review are of the breakfast vegetarian burrito. Delicious! The staff are lovely, ?

We travel to Bend once a year for vacation and our first stop is always Sol Verde. I’m from Texas and we have some really good breakfast burritos, but not as good as this place. I’ve never tried the lunch items but the always look great too. Sausage breakfast burrito with green chile is to die for!
Very friendly service with fresh food out of this cute little food truck. Wanting a breakfast burrito, I gave it a go! It was HUGE for a bit more $$$ than other places. It definitely packed some heat but I do wish there was more texture and temperature contrast.
One of the things I love about a great burrito is variety with soft things like beans/rice and crispy things like meats. I also love hot mixed with cold (like the lettuce/pico). This burrito, despite being fresh and eaten right away, felt like a take-out burrito where all the textures and temperatures merge into one.

Flavorless you order a breakfast burrito with bacon you expect to taste the bacon at least the high prices should come with at least some flavor and not just chili powder or tortilla place needs work it’s for tourists they don’t have much options

A truly incredible experience. Imagine a beautiful crisp spring morning in Bend, not a cloud in the sky. You’re up a little early, a little high, a little caffeinated, not to mention ravenous. Then you’re handed a green chile pork breakfast burrito, Christmas style of course. Instant satisfaction, taste buds blasting off, the nuance of flavor and texture, nothing else matters in the moment. Bliss.Money is meaningless for an experience like this. Thank you so much.
