Brewed Coffee isn’t always held up to the “fresh until” time standard that Starbucks strives to uphold (if I’m remembering correctly it’s two hours and they should have a timer set to go off) Second time I’ve ordered that it hasn’t been hot when served. Gentleman who served us was very kind though.

I went to my local Fred Myers Starbucks today to buy this amazing cup. The two baristas working at the time, were talking to each other and completely ignored me. The young woman that eventually helped seemed almost bothered for interrupting her conversation. I also had to ask her for a receipt and a bag because she didn’t provide them. As a walked away she didn’t notice my partner was looking at us and he caught her rolling her eyes at me while my back was turned. I don’t understand what the issue was when I was so happy to buy this cup. Happy experience turned into another negative experience at this store. They need to hire people who want to work. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Coffee was delicious but the young people that were working were less than courteous. No introductions, looking at us funny when we ordered something that was on the menu not that long ago. Didn't call out our order when it was ready. Very poor customer service experience overall.

Esta es una tienda Starbucks ubicada dentro del centro comercial. Es solo para llevar y no hay sillas para sentarse.

This is a Starbucks store inside a shopping mall. This is a take-out only store. It seems to be well organized and cleanly maintained. Still, it's a shame that there's no space to sit down for a while.

there’s a girl that works here, her name is avery, and she kills my drink EVERYTIME. she is amazing!! no matter what i get, she is awesome. she must have experience, but no matter what, everytime i come here she absolutely kills it! so good job to her 1000/10 i love her. go her. she’s amazing.

Sign said open at 0700 hours. It’s 0930 now! People were In the area drinking coffee I waited 10 minutes for an employee to be back from break or restroom which is totally cool. When he got back he said they can’t take my order for another 15 minutes.

This location is never open. When they are open, it's sporadic. Save yourself a trip and go across the street.

Seems like they have hired some new faces and now they are constantly closed and never open at their regular times listed. Don't waste your time walking all the way into the store just to turn around. Better off going to the Starbucks across the street. Just FYI they are already closed today as well.
