Went to pick up an order i placed only to find they "didn't receive it" i showed the order and they kept telling me to show them more making me feel like an idiot, finally got the sandwiches and both were completely wrong which sucks because i paid more to add on ingredients.Worst subway experience ive had and ive been to subway at least 50 times in my life lol

Drive-thru is open but she makes me get out of my car because she couldn't make three sandwiches through the drive-thru... then I wanted a pickleball Club with no ham, she said she can't do that because then she would have to sub extra meat. When I said I didn't want to sub extra meat just remove the ham she said she could not do that I really find it crazy that people can't work with you just a tiny bit. I won't be coming back to this location.

I worked at this subaway for a few weeks. I was homless and lifing out of mycar so working graveyard and day shift. The took me off the schedule a few weeks in and lil did i know the sent and electronic checks to my email. I have never heard of those but it showed up on the very day the 90 days were up and can t get ahold of employers to reissue and i have been trying and trying but no response. I hope this gets to the owner because im struggling and could use that final check. Lord knows that the store manager isnt trying to hadlrd but thankyou for the time and hope you get back

The employee there named Megan is an absolute amazing employee. We ended up walking in after closing time without knowing and she was willing to still serve us. The entire time she had a great attitude and made a damn good sandwich! If I could give her 6 starts I would.

Ordered around 8, when I got there the place was completely empty. No one was working but the lights were on and the app definitely took my money for the order and claimed it was done. Worst Subway in Bend. Screw this side of town.

It took over 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. The sandwich I picked said it came with sliced avocado but I was told they only had mashed avocado. The employees seemed to want to be anywhere

My wife and I stopped in yesterday. A couple younger women were working. We had to wait a little to order as one was finished sweeping. It is good the cleanliness matters here.I haven't been into a Subway in a while and they were kind enough to walk me through everything. I had a turkey sandwich and they fit in lettuce, pickles, mayo, tomato, and a little bit of jalepenos and wrapped it well. They joked that they have had customers want double of all toppings and they made it fit in the sandwich. Not sure how that is possible, but they made a good sandwich.It was clean, they two working were happy and pleasant and smiling, and they made a good sandwich. That's all you can ask for.

Waited 45 minutes while a single worker to handle 10 sandos and watched over a dozen people walk out of line during that time. Talk about wasting potential money Subway owners! Heard y’all don’t have an ounce of good business in you as your turnover rate is through the roof. While we waited all that time and were next up in line, the worker decided to do the mobile order of someone who walked in 5 minutes ago rather than taking care of the people who had been standing in line for literally 45 minutes. This was the worst service experience of the year hands down - literally walked out of the store without food despite waiting so long because of how ridiculous the service was. Step it up! I’ll prioritize never going to this subway again and telling everyone I know in Bend that this is the worst sub shop in the PNW.
