The bread was stale and they automatically added a $1 tip to the order.
I had the meatball sub which was as good as it always is, messy, just add tomatoes, bell pepper onions, olive, peppers, parmesan cheese, pepper, oregano. They don't seem to wipe down the white chair fronts and backs so it shows dark fingerprints all over.
Very spendy, and the food wasn't as fresh as it should be. Staff were minimally doing their job. No greeting, no cheer, they should probably find a job they like better. Disappointing visit.

One customer had a fantastic experience and received amazing service from Elliott, who made the best Subway sandwich. An associate showed a small act of kindness that was appreciated. The order was prepared quickly. Overall, Subway provides a convenient dining option, but attention to detail and customer service could be improved.
