“I love Reuben sandwiches, and that is how tell the quality of a sandwich shop. When I tell you that the Reuben I ordered here was heavenly, that is an understatement. “As a proud born and raised Eastern Pennsylvanian, a must have sandwich is the Philly Cheeseteak! I stopped in today and immediately felt like I was back home outside of Philly!!!
The service was friendly and quick! The price for a delicious and loaded sandwich was incredible!! So glad you stick to using Provolone!

“I just had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had at a fast food shop. My boyfriend and I went in 30 minutes before closing (which we never, ever do) and the staff was so awesome. Sam was the guy who helped us and made our sandwich’s, he deserves a raise for how pleasant he was! He joked with us as he prepared our food and was very professional the whole time. The tip we left was very, very well-deserved! I highly recommend.“

“This review is a little late, as I visited this location for a sandwich a few weeks ago. But, I felt necessary to still submit because I came in, in the middle of a post baseball game rush.
I was very impressed with how this young team handled the crowd. The place was crazy full of kids and their families with large orders and the staff remained calm and friendly.
The only thing I would say is even though they didn’t show being flustered to the customers, it did show in the quality of the food.
My buffalo chicken Philly tasted great, but was extremely messy because it was thrown together to quickly. I ended up eating it with a fork and knife. (This is my go-to, so I know it can get a little messy w/ the sauce, but not this messy)
But again, considering the age of the employee’s and size of line, etc… I am extremely impressed.

“They have so many different options for sandwiches. I never have trouble finding what I want. Great location, located around other businesses so if you want to walk to another business after or before eating, you can. It is easy to find parking.“

“Manager helped me and she was great. Very attentive and made an amazing sandwich. But the little girl that was training was very rude. She definitely didn't want to be there. She was trying to find hand soap because the manager asked her to help make sandwiches. And she just kept rolling her eyes at the manager and sighing because she didn't want to make sandwiches or wash her hands.“
“I’m deaf, read lips. The order #1962664694 was supposed to be #17 Ultimate Porker. I received a totally different sandwich that I have yet to identify it on the menu. It had Ham, Cheese, Tomatoes and it was stuffed with lettuce beyond infinity. There were barely any meat on it. JJ does not make it easy for the deaf to communicate when something is wrong. I feel there should be a way to inform you when you make a mistake and correct it. It how you learn from it. I’m not in the position to ask you to make me another sandwich because I was on lunch break and went ahead to consume the sandwich with a dissatisfaction mood. The chips was correct. “Good staff. Fast. Clean. I've dined in a few times, but mostly takeout & occassionally druve thru. Prices are high... but what ian't right now? Options are limited vs subway, but... that's ok. They focus on what they do... and they do it well. Chip selection sucks.“
