The employees heavily rely on the order kiosks, forgetting how to take orders.
I forgot to order a side of sour cream and had to stand at the counter for 24 minutes while an employee I know stared at me and the rest ignored me. They always forget something and I never get the drink I order. I always order a root beer and ALWAYS get a MTN dew.
The atmosphere puts off a bit of a dingy and vacant feel.
I suggest going through the drive through...

I've been coming to this taco bell since I was a kid so over 29 years. It's always been fast food is made good and the employees seem to be happy. I'm leaving this review because for the first time ever I pulled into the drive through at 9:58 PM and they had already closed the store down. After speaking with the manager on shift I realized it was literally just him working. He looked like he was gonna have a panic attack and it's completely understandable....
