We were visiting the Bend area and were really looking forward to dancing to country music but very little was played. It was disappointing. The food was awesome, all of the food our table had was great. But there was not much two stepping going on but they line dance to everything, pretty amusing.

Dance floor is a bit smaller than usual for a country bar, age group was of a younger crowd than mixed ages. Food was a little higher priced than normal for a bar, and the way she flip over the machine for tip was very demanding. I believe it started at 18% and we had just a 2 person dinner, (sandwiches), there was an option for custom tho. Presentation for the food was a 5/5 and the tray was classic look. No cover charge for the night we went, was a plus and wished they had a live band on a Friday or Saturday.
I would say a 3.5/5
(minus 1 for the food prices, minus 1/2 for the Atmosphere/bartenders.)
Would I come back is the question?
And the answer is, Yes I would.
It felt Safe, and enjoyable.
Great Job Cross-Eyed Cricket keep up the Good work.

This review is for the owners. We came from out of town tonight (Thursday 9/4) for the swing/line dance lessons. Got her early for drinks and yummy food! A football game was playing, no biggie. Dance lessons didn’t start till 7. There were maybe 6-8 people paying attention to the game as the place started filling up for the dancing. But the football game (on a big screen being the dance floor) kept playing. The game was also being played on the bar tv’s. Finally at 7:50 we were told the swing dancing had been canceled. The game went to weather delay during this time as well. It was a huge let down as we planned our evening out fun out of town 😞😞

Gem of a bar with great barbecue, friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere. Love that there's a dance floor, and lesser known country music is played in the background.

The is one of my favorite places to go and dance in Bend. They always have great stuff going on too! Dance lessons, live music and fun. I do wish the dance floor was bigger though!
