We enjoyed the Polpette/Meatballs and Pappardelle Alla Chiantigana Sauce. One word, DELICIOUS! The meatballs were moist and flavorful, the best I've ever had. The pasta dish was equally amazing! We went on a weekday, and it was a pleasant experience. I gave only a 4 for atmosphere because it has a crowded seating arrangement, and I would imagine on a busy weekend loud and challenging to move around. There was a table of 6 to 8 seated right in front of the door and barely enough room to walk by to exit the restaurant.

Mixed couple, came in for a table for two, with several open tops. First waiter started to clear a two top off for us and said manager would help us. Instead she said they were full and we were turned away. We both felt the awkwardness in the managers tone. Won't return.

Mary made our evening. She is so warm and engaging. Wonderful recommendations. I will come back for the food and Mary! The cannelloni was great as was the delectable mushroom pasta. ?

A wonderful birthday dinner for some Sicilian antipastos, dinners, drinks, and desserts.
Only a little pricier than Ol*ve G*rden or P*stinis but astronomically a better taste and experience.

Worst hostess ever. So, my wife messed up the reservation and instead of a table, she reserved a bar spot. Once we realized the mistake, we asked if you could have a table instead. There are at least 3 empty tables, and we were the last seating. Well, that was an issue, after telling the waitress to seat us, she was not content that we were given a nice spot...noooo, seat them by the entrance door. I could understand if there were no other tables, but was not the case, and no time was mentioned that all other tables were taken. Not sure why, but won't go down to her low level....
This is a place I will never visit again, but probably I won't be missing much....after all it's a dinning place in a strip mall, and like 99.9% of so-called Italian restaurants in Oregon, they can't cook > yes.been in Chicago, New-york, and many places in the east coast. Heck even had better past on Southern New Zealand.
In sum, I won't recommend this restaurant for the service

The service and the atmosphere were great, seemed like a very lovely place. Me and wife found the food to be very underwhelming to be honest. My wife got Bolognese, which was on the greasy side. I got pappardelle which was way too salty and very greasy.
I think this place has a great vibe, but if you are looking for good Italian food, this is not it in my opinion.

Second time in yesterday on a Tuesday. First time was excellent, we went on a Saturday night. The waitress was friendly until she asked about drinks and I informed her that my wife was pregnant and we wouldn’t be able to have any wine this time, but that it’s her birthday and this was her favorite place in Bend. We were instantly met with less attention for the rest of the night, most dishes were either too salty or too oily, and just a disappointing overall experience for my pregnant wife’s birthday dinner. Needs to be of high quality all days of the week to be deemed an excellent restaurant.

Amazing little spot in an unexpected area of Bend. Not sure how I’ve missed this my years in Bend, but it has definitely topped the list of favorite spots here in town. It’s unassuming and amazing at the same time. One of the first great steaks I have found in Bend, phenomenal scratch pastas and sauces, simple yet epic appetizers, and the most friendly, least pretentious staff I’ve experienced anywhere in town. Will most definitely be back!

Came from Eugene to try this restaurant. When we got there they refused to seat us indoors unless we sat at the bar and we had reservations. The restaurant was empty!! Not shocked they wouldn’t accommodate two folks of color…
Absolutely delicious! From the bruschetta to the meatballs to the three pasta dishes we shared, and the desserts were the crown. Lovely evening with friends
