Great place to come if you like being disappointed. Masochist come in mass. In a hurry at lunch and want a quick bite? Great place to be disappointed. Even if you put your order ahead in the app prepare to wait 15+ minutes because 'only one cook working today.' Like hot food? Again great place to come and be disappointed. Watch as they put your fries in the bag on the cold counter while waiting that 15 minutes for food. Gasp in wonder as you bite into your cold fries with tears in your eyes.
Honestly I don't blame the crew. As a former fast food worker I know it's the crappy owners. They refuse to pay anything decent and don't allow for any time to train new employees. Wish you all luck on your next adventure.

?? Is this seriously how Wendy's treats there customers??? On Saturday @ 2:40 pm October 19th... This is really too bad cause I like a few of the people in there and I go to this Wendy's weekly. There is a newer employee working in there named Jarixsta (probably a fake name) . The manager was outside smoking while there was more than 5 people in line... I'm the very first customer in line, The new employee was so emotional that when her screen froze she started crying out loud and telling me that we have to wait for a manager to unfreeze the screen. So I walked outside to find the manager because she wouldn't go find someone to help... I came back in & saw her helping another customer!!? This is was big slap to my face... meaning she knew exactly how to handle the order but she purposely chose to screw me over, and then tried to make me leave building. This is on your cameras I suggest you take a look at it... from 2:25 -- 2:45. The fact that she started a new order with someone is complete bs. She treated me disrespectfully said curse words and tried to kick me out of the building! I'll be contacting corporate over how wrongfully she treated me and asking why they would hire someone who treats people like this...

The guy with the broken arm was doing 100% of the work while his other coworkers hung around the drive up menu board on their phones. I even had to call out one woman who was staring me down from inside the first order window at the drive up. When your employees suck that much, is it even worth having your business open?
10 minutes in line to order then 15 minutes waiting to pay and get our food there was a total of 3 cars including us. Food was made sloppy and the customer service wasn’t great at all. Would recommend a mcchicken down the road for cheaper and better service??♀️
