Food was very good, would definitely try again. We all enjoyed each course and the portions weren't too big.

One of the best restaurants in Oregon and certainly the best value of nice restaurants. Had the a5 wagyu dolsot bibimbap. The beef melted in my mouth.

The owners are lovely people who always make me and my family feel welcome. Such a great palace.

I’m a native Korean, and this restaurant serves genuinely authentic Korean food.
You can really taste the authenticity.

Authentic and Inspired are two different meanings, so if you're looking for a homestyle Korean meal, you're not gonna find it here. But don’t worry, the food is still ok and would recommend visiting at least once.

I had high hopes after seeing good reviews and the chef’s background, so i was surprised by the service given to me. I grew up with Korean Culture and their food, and it was my first time seeing jjigae without its usual fiery red color and with soft tofu, hotteok shaped like empanadas, and lack of banchan (side dishes) served. They serve 3 different types of kimchi and extra $$$ if you want others. Reading their restaurant description, its definitely upscale korean inspired food, but I could safely say they are made for the Western palette. If you don’t or cant handle spicy, this place is great. If you’re in a rush, service may be slow during busy hours around 1pm. Ambiance is great but parking is difficult. As previously mentioned, the place is upscale so expect upscale prices.

TLDR: great for people who want an introduction for fancy Korean food without the spicy stuff and extra sides.

We were really excited to try this place on our recent trip to Bend. Unfortunately, all four dishes we got were disappointing. The yellowtail sashimi was soaking in a pool of oil, the bipimbab rice was not crispy but wet and soupy. The wayghu beef was on, nothing outstanding. Service was ok but not once, not with any dish, were we asked how our food was. We were really disappointed.

It’s the worst Korean restaurant I have ever been. It’s also the first Korean restaurant that charges for side dishes. The food is extremely salty and the pork in the soup is way too hard to chew.

Our 30 something daughter selected Yoli for her birthday dinner with us and her kids. We had reservations and were promptly seated by a friendly hostess at a well prepared table. The menu included a nice variety of choices so all five of us, from 9 to 65, were able to make an anticipated choice, along with two appetizers. What incredible flavors were delivered! We had Yukhoe and Japchae to start, and both were delicious. Mains included Wagyu Sogogi, Dubu Twigim, Dolsot Bibimbap, Ramen, and Oli. Portions are large, especially considering the reasonable prices. We took home the extra portions and got four meals out of it. All of us agreed this is a new favorite place to eat.

Visited Yoli recently for a date night after hearing a lot of good things and was pretty disappointed. Not disappointed enough to feel like we completely wasted our money, but disappointed enough to not want to go again.

Firstly, we had to request new dishes/utensils twice. I don’t know how they clean back there, but there were visible CHUNKS of food we could scratch off with our fingernails on both of our utensils and one of our serving plate. For a slightly more expensive restaurant, that shouldn’t be happening. That’s something I expect of Applebee’s.

Beyond that, the food was just very… okay.

The Foie Gras which was the highlight in terms of effort and combination of flavors. The bread it came with was a little extra toasty, and the plating was very pretty. I loved the combination of fruit purees, pistachios, and foie gras.

The Yukhoe was also good, I liked the addition of pine nuts. It lacked a raw egg yolk like I would expect Yukhoe to have, and the amount of sauce was enough for like two bites, which was very disappointing. I felt like I couldn’t even use enough to get an adequate taste of the sauce.

We also got both the Bulgogi Ssam, and the Samgyeop-Sal Ssam. They were the most disappointing food. There were quite a few pieces of the bulgogi that were particularly hard, and the available sauces/additions were pretty “meh”. I found the seaweed to be far too salty with nothing on the sweeter side to balance it out. The sauce was also incredibly mild tasting. As someone who makes Samgyeop-Sal Ssam at home, it was pretty bad. It also lacked a lot of the good, fatty parts that grilled pork belly usually has, which was thoroughly disappointing. Out of everything, these felt like the most waste of money.

My primary gripe is just the amount of food and quality of the food compared to the prices. We expected mid-end food with mid-end prices, but honestly it tasted worse than even many low-end Korean restaurants we’ve been to. The amount of food was also genuinely something to scoff at. Each piece of the samgyeop/sal was smaller than a pink eraser, and I got like 8-10 of them. For a main dish, that’s pathetic.

Really, it’s just a below-average restaurant that’s pretending to be high-end.

I came last Monday for my birthday when I heard about their 5 course menu option. It exceeded my expectations! Everything was unique, quality and delicious. Highly recommend. They even were short staffed but still managed to do the 5 course for my bday and quality was not lacking.
If you want to try something new and delicious in Bend without the elite that comes with a price tag in so many restaurants in Bend check out Yoli!

This place is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have been several times and it's always been ideal for a lunch or dinner spot. We just went for our five year anniversary and did the full chef's tasting menu. It was mind-blowing, both in taste, presentation and creativity. Thank you Yoli for a great experience we'll always remember!

Food and service are always exceptional. Delicious cauliflower starter and the bimbibap is the best I've had! Tried the Korean short ribs for the first time and was blown away - served with delicious fingerling potatoes with a maple sauce Ambience is very laid back

The dishes were not only delicious, but thoughtfully plated and elegantly simple. Everything we ate was very, very good. The descriptions don't always do the flavor and composition justice. The space is comfortable and the service very attentive and professional. We loved it!
