“By far the most chaotic mcdonalds visit ever! The clueless lady at the cash register should explore alternative career opportunities. Wait times were long and every customer came back with either missing vanilla cone or stone cold fries, but the crew kept the spirits high! The manager was running the nuggets with his suit on, whille anthony charmed the angry customers with his irresistable smile. Know that this place is bound to reach for the stars, we have fairh that one day Anthony will one day grow into his manager’s footsteps and lead this branch to become the #1 mcdonalds in the United States (but next time don’t be so stingy with the ice cream bro)“

“Now I have had the taco bell menu, and the KFC. I downloaded the KFC app. And have had some success. But at least 3 occasions, I was unsuccessful using the app to place an order. So I ended up walking in and ordering at the counter and waiting. I therefore missed out on rewards. I have over 1200 points but would have more if the app wasn't so finicky. The counter staff including the manager couldn't help with the app. Like the food, the app falls short.“

I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the Burger King in Brookings, and it was all thanks to one incredible employee Paxton. From the moment we walked in, he embodied the true spirit of “Have it your way” and then some!

Paxton was funny, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic, making the entire visit feel personal and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us fresh drinks and fries, and even though he had to prep them on the spot, he rushed them out piping hot with a big smile. He surprised us with Burger King hats, adding a playful and memorable touch that made us feel like VIPs.

The food was fast, fresh, and absolutely delicious, but what truly stood out was Paxton’s outstanding customer service. He’s the kind of person who doesn’t just do his job he elevates the entire experience. He has natural leadership and people skills, and I would hire him in a heartbeat to represent my own business. This young man is going places, and Burger King is lucky to have him.
