The owners are great people. The help is for the mist part poor. We were seated quickly. Refills on coffee were almost non existent. Love the food ! ! There was an elderly lady, I am sure was a relative to the owner there that bused more tables then the staff. HURRAY FOR FOXY'S FOOD ! ! There was a young man bused 1 table left the seat soaked with coffee . He was wearing pants stained with sheetrock mud. Not the kind of attire you should wear working in a restaurant.
There are 60 Omelets on the menu. So many I would like to try. I opted for the Senior Breakfast with bacon, 1 egg, country hash browns and toast. I commandeered one of my husbands big pancakes. Everything was delicious. Good coffee too. There were 4 of us, up for the light festival on 12/12/2023. We stopped for breakfast at Roxy’s on the way south to the Eureka area. We had a great stay and the light festival is wonderful. THANK YOU BROOKINGS!
Had the all you can eats ribs tonight! Everything from the trip through salad bar to the ribs a true delight!My wife also had a real banana strawberry shake. Raved about it being one of the best ever!! Laid back environment with spot on service!
