“There are 60 Omelets on the menu. So many I would like to try. I opted for the Senior Breakfast with bacon, 1 egg, country hash browns and toast. I commandeered one of my husbands big pancakes. Everything was delicious. Good coffee too. There were 4 of us, up for the light festival on 12/12/2023. We stopped for breakfast at Roxy’s on the way south to the Eureka area. We had a great stay and the light festival is wonderful. THANK YOU BROOKINGS!“

“I went through the drive thru for lunch and I was genuinely impressed at the customer service. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and seemed to take pride in their work. It was very nice to see.
