They really need to put up something to control the people inside we had people cut infront of us as well as some other people. It took 27 minutes to get our food and it was a simple order
Now I have had the taco bell menu, and the KFC. I downloaded the KFC app. And have had some success. But at least 3 occasions, I was unsuccessful using the app to place an order. So I ended up walking in and ordering at the counter and waiting. I therefore missed out on rewards. I have over 1200 points but would have more if the app wasn't so finicky. The counter staff including the manager couldn't help with the app. Like the food, the app falls short.
I ordered, was quoted 15 minutes wait, and when I checked in 40 minutes later because I was now late for work and needed a refund so I could leave, I was told my order was taken by someone else when my number was never called. They didn't offer any sort of compensation.
