The Wayfarer Restaurant and Lounge

Our server was warm and friendly, and the food was very good. We find the Wayfarer to be consistently good year after year. The staff is the best—always friendly and welcoming. The crab bake is always a highlight.

Went for my birthday dinner. We had a great view of haystack rock and the service and food were amazing. I had the crab bake which was loaded with clams, prawns and Dungeness crab with a glass of Oregon Pinot Noir. My husband had the pork dish and he said it was really good as well. Finished with probably the best dessert I've ever had, the Haystack Heaven, delicious! This is a great restaurant with amazing food and very attentive service, will absolutely return next time we're in town.

Our first visit two nights before was so good we decided to go back for our final night in Cannon Beach. Crab bake and Crispy pork shoulder both outstanding. As we continue to celebrate over 50 years of marriage, we Finished off with Crème brûlée which was as delicious as the first night. Service both nights was so pleasant and friendly, our dinners were served on Happy Anniversary plates. Highly recommend! Besides that the views are amazing too!

This restaurant has breathtaking views of the beach and Haystack Rock. The food was excellent and our server Jeremy was professional, caring, and kind. The Wayfarer will be first on our list whenever we come to Cannon Beach.

Our favorite place to go after our Family Thanksgiving. There's nothing like a sunny, beach walk for a couple hours then warm up at the Wayfarer with their French Onion Soup!!

Food was probably one of the best meals I’ve eaten ever, my grandma agreed. Poutine was delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. Service was good but could have been a bit better, but the other staff picked up each others slack. Absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend.

I made a reservation for my anniversary, we got a great seat with a view (even though it was dark) & we were greeted right away by a smiling face asking us what we would like to drink. Everyone we interacted with at the restaurant was very kind. Our waitress brought out our food on happy anniversary plates which was very cute & thoughtful. All of the food we ate was amazing & we had appetizers entrees & desserts. Our waitress’s name was Kelly I made sure to write it down so I would remember because she was the best! I would recommend dining here.

Absolutely beautiful views!!! Amazingly delicious food!! I had the fish and chips, I highly recommend. My daughter loved her hot cocoa on such a cold day. Can't wait to come back someday!

This was the best breakfast out we've had in a long time. Unique and delicious offerings. Great location and view. The staff is incredibly kind. We had the cinnamon roll French toast and the chicken fried chicken. They were both to die for. We've been here several times for lunch and dinner and they are all excellent, breakfast just particularly sticks out. Thank you, Wayfarer!

Try to sit by the window so you can gaze at the ocean waves rolling in.

The food is delicious. I had the avocado toast and my husband had the spinach mushroom scramble with crispy hash browns. The service was excellent.

We walked along the beach from our hotel then returned through the town streets.

great view of the cannon beach while eating. plus they got parking. the one bad thing is the menu is very plain for lunch. didnt have many tasty seafood options. mostly just fish N chips like some bar, and some other meat options.
