This place is quickly turning into my goto for an evening bite and drink when in town.During a recent mid-January birthday visit, when the temps were below freezing, some venues were closed in town -- but thankfully not MacGregor's.Ordered a flight of high-end scotches in honor of the birthday. Had not visited the “old” location. Shares an entrance with a Cannon Beach inn. Excellent whiskey selection. Creative specialty drinks. Two bartender/ servers were very knowledgeable and personable. We are looking forward to returning asap. Menu looked good (a slight notch above bar food) but we only had cocktails.

Fantastic experience at MacGregors! Great cocktails and we really enjoyed the brie cheese special. Perfectly located near Haystack rock. We enjoyed the sunny weather from their patio, Gabe was a wonderful server, we will be back!Parking: Right across from the large public parking lot, as convenient as it gets in Cannon Beach.
