I went to Carlo & Julian Winery today with a friend. I haven't been there since 2019. I liked this winery then and I love it now! 10 wonderful wines to taste and he just happened to have made a pulled pork and homemade chimichurri which was AMAZING both food and wine. If I had the money I would have come home with a variety case. Pricing of wines are extremely reasonable and the quality of the wines are amazing! I'm not a Pinot Noir person as a rule, but he had 3 that I could drink very happily. He also had the best, bar none, a GSM!!!! That did go home with me.😁 The 2021 Merlot-Malbec was so delicious that it also came home with me. The Syrah and Melbec oh my! Seriously if you haven't been or it's been a while you need to go! I plan I going again and bringing more friends to try his amazing wines! See you soon Carlo & Julian Winery!!!

Felix is an amazing mad-scientist type of winemaker. He’s not afraid to try blends of different varietals. They are all good. On top of that, he’s friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to share what he knows with others. Highly recommend.
Btw, the driveway to his place is kind of narrow. It may appear you’re not in the right spot. But you are. You are in EXACTLY the right spot.

We had a wonderful experience at Carlo and Julian winery! We were a large group of people tasting it once and were greeted at the door by the winemaker/owner himself. He gave us lovely tastes and actually, because we had an appointment I think, provided some pork sliders to go with the wine. He gave us an impromptu tour of his vineyards. His gardens are gorgeous right now at this time of year. The wines were very good. We will definitely be back.
Consistently delicious wines and a bright, excepting chardonnay-viognier blend. I can't wait to go back!
