Felix is an amazing mad-scientist type of winemaker. He’s not afraid to try blends of different varietals. They are all good. On top of that, he’s friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to share what he knows with others. Highly recommend.
Btw, the driveway to his place is kind of narrow. It may appear you’re not in the right spot. But you are. You are in EXACTLY the right spot.

We had a wonderful experience at Carlo and Julian winery! We were a large group of people tasting it once and were greeted at the door by the winemaker/owner himself. He gave us lovely tastes and actually, because we had an appointment I think, provided some pork sliders to go with the wine. He gave us an impromptu tour of his vineyards. His gardens are gorgeous right now at this time of year. The wines were very good. We will definitely be back.

Where to begin, lets start with Felix! Amazing wine maker, farmer, steward of the land! The property is gorgeous, he has, Pinot, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo, Grenache out on the estate. We have been buying wine since 2011. Never disappointed, the GSM here is a Merlot not Mouverde, nice twist! Always happy to call in an order or visit when we can!
