Every time we eat at Cuvee, we order something new. The food is always fantastic and exciting. They use locally sourced and seasonal ingredients making their food fresh, simple and flavorful. It is our favorite special occasion location.
Cute restaurant in the heart of Carlton. Great 3 course prix fixe option that's nicely priced. There were lots of great options on the menu and then there were many more daily special options on top of that. You get an app or dessert, soup or salad, and an entree. Everything was really well prepared. The seafood dish and lamb chops were incredible. Staff was really hard to read though and could have been a little friendlier than so regimented. We wanted to try so many more...
Cuvée is a one of a kind, delightful dining experience. The service and food are unassuming, yet perfect in every way and of a great quality rarely found anymore. Definitely a hidden gem and one of the finest dining establishments in Oregon!
