Chef Gilbert spent time at our Table conversing about wine and menu options. We have been in NW Oregon for nine days and this has been the best experience we’ve had in a restaurant! If we lived closer, we would frequent this establishment. Prie fixe menu was a steal !! I cannot verbalize how much fun we had at Cuvée! Please keep supporting Chef Gilbert!!!
The best restaurant experience we have had during our Oregon trip. The celebrated and honored owner and chef Gilbert Henry was attentive and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Appetizers were excellent. Tomato bisque was the best we have ever had. The beef bourguignon, rack of lamb and coquille shrimp and scallops were amazing. Great wine selection.
