Meh, I'm certain there are better places. The ceviche was poor, ravioli uninspired , I might come back for the burger but you can get those anywhere. Nothing to rave about or spend more than a five minute drive to get to.

We came last minute an hour before closing and they were so quick to invite us to dine! With such a welcoming gracious attitude!
I don’t eat that late normally but had a house salad and a small plate! And a great glass of Bordeaux!
The service was spectacular and the atmosphere is delightful! The food stellar! Thanks Earth &Sea!

Lovely restaurant in the old fire house. The back patio is intimate, and even on a warmer evening was super comfortable. The fish was super fresh and perfectly prepared, and the cocktails were creative… Texas Tux is recommended!

Wague tartar is super delicious and amazing! Cesar, a little bit in a peculiar presentation, would add more dressing, i think (on the picture, it is half of split salad). Strip would need more work on the choice of meat pieces. Cheese cake is super soft and light. Delicious. Overall amazing experience!

This is my favorite restaurant in the whole of Oregon. The food is carefully prepared, delicious, with a extensive meat and seafood menu. The service is clearly a cut above normal. They are wonderful relaxed but experienced and knowledgeable.

Earth and Sea is an absolute treasure! Every time we visit, whether for a simple date night or a significant occasion, the experience is nothing short of perfection. The attentiveness of the staff is unmatched – they always make us feel like the most important guests, whether we come with a reservation or just drop by spontaneously.

The culinary delights at Earth and Sea are crafted to perfection. Every dish reflects the meticulous care and skill of the kitchen, delivering flavors that are consistently outstanding. It's clear that the team puts their heart and soul into every plate, making each meal a memorable experience.

What makes Earth and Sea truly special is its versatility. We've celebrated everything here, from intimate family gatherings to important milestones, and each visit has been exceptional. The ambiance is just right, balancing sophistication with a welcoming, comfortable vibe that suits any occasion.

I'm almost hesitant to write this review because Earth and Sea feels like our hidden gem. But they genuinely deserve the recognition and support for creating such an extraordinary dining destination. If you’re looking for a place that excels in every aspect – from food and service to atmosphere – Earth and Sea is it. Five stars, without a doubt!

Dietary restrictions: I have many dietary restrictions and they always find a way for me to enjoy their food!

I had the seafood risotto and it had no flavor at all. I had them bring some cheese to add to it so at least it has some taste. Others in our party had the cioppino which they liked. Also, two of the people had beef Wellington which they shared and also liked. They also have no vegetarian options on their menu other than one appetizer item.

The wine list is limited and expensive. This is kind of strange since this place is in wine county. It was a good thing that we brought a few of our own bottles for the party.

Another point is that the restaurant is very loud. Two of our party have hearing aids and they could basically hear nothing due to the ambient noise. There are no noise baffles so all the noise just keeps bouncing around. I certainly will not be going.

We started with the bread and oysters, then had a steak entree & seafood risotto entree. We had a couple glasses of Chardonnay to start and the glass options were wonderful. Great service and food, we over-ordered just a bit and took home leftovers…. Such a good mid-day snack!

Earth and Sea: A Seafood Symphony in CarltonCraving exceptional seafood? Earth and Sea isn't just a restaurant, it's an orchestra conducted by Chef Sam's mastery and Andy the wine guru's magic touch. Freshest seafood sings on your plate, each dish a symphony guided by a perfectly paired wine. Don't miss the Ceviche, or the Vongole and seafood Risotto. Thanks Andy and Sam?
