Hands down the best halibut fish and chips, very fresh and not greasy! The whole meal was great. We are picky about clam chowder and theirs was very good not too thick or thin and had a great flavor! Definitely coming back ?
Stopped in Cascade Locks to explore and went to Brigham Fish Market. I ordered the grilled halibut. It was two big pieces. This was the best halibut I ever had and they served it with a shrimp ceviche. The ceviche had amazing flavor but it is a bit spicy. Service was great and very friendly and efficient. We will stop here to eat every time we pass through.
