cozy place with good coffee
I took a day trip out of my visit to Portland to explore the Columbia River Gorge and stumbled upon such a great coffee shop! Thirsty is a beautiful space. They have room to dine in, or wait for your beverage if heading out right away. They are connected to another space next door and there is some great art in between the two spaces. They have some guitars already setup in the space and encourage you to thumb away. I wish I'd tried some of their lighter breakfast items.
