“Such a cool mountain coffee stand - the perfect stop heading to the gorge for a hike. We stopped in after a night of camping outside Carson, what a treat and peaceful return to civilization and creature comforts. Very full menu with drinks and food options - everything we tried was delicious. The service was top notch too, coming from a very friendly lady. Coffees came with a free chocolate espresso bean which is a nice little touch.“

“Do yourself a favor and stop here. Delicious, well made coffee and great simple breakfast options. I tried the sausage and egg croissant and it was perfect. Friendly service and ideal location. Oh, and lots of sweet pastries and snacks too!Kid-friendliness: Great snacks for kids as well as indoor and outdoor seating.“

“My mother and I, love to eat here when we can. The biscuits and gravy are the best in town, the blta is amazing and both are really affordable. We don't know much about coffee, but the staff has always been great with recommendations and makes sure we get something that they are sure we'd like. Never had any problems.“

“Great baristas and well-made coffee and baked goods. Open 7 days, really appreciated in this part of the Columbia Gorge where there are few coffee options. My favorite stop on the Washington side. No indoor seating, but a small covered outdoor area for two.“

“For three years my wife and I make regular trips - Forest Grove to The Dalles. We always look forward to the friendly faces, engaging conversation and super duper coffee and pastries. Michelle has a skookum team. Corporate coffee could learn much from Thirsty.“
