“Been going here sense i was a kid! Its become a must any time we are out by cascade locks. Always great. Sometimes there is a wait time bit its always worth it and give you time to eat the huge ice cream cone before you meal! 😉”

“A nice little coffee shop, with excellent coffee. The service, was great and our drinks were well made. They have some different options for food, we went with a couple of pastries which were very tasty. The staff was very professional and engaging. The interior is an eclectic mix of seating areas, and not to loud.”

The food was good, but not great.
The portions were huge. Too much to eat in one sitting, and I can eat. The carne asada plate was under seasoned and steak was quite dry. The guacamole was good, quesadilla was good. The coctele de camerone was decent, but a bit too watery.
Prices were average. Overall, would go back.

“Absolutely stunning location and views. Mountains in the background and river in front view. Waitress was so kind and helpful. Good arrived extremely quickly and tasted amazing. Especially enjoyed the crispy chicken sandwich with hot honey. Burger was fantastic too, great flavor. Unfortunately I didn't pictures of the food because we ate it so fast 😄”

“Let me start off with that I've had breakfast burritos from just about everywhere. They absolutely by far had the best one I have ever had. I had the bacon breakfast burrito and my husband had tacos. Which looked amazing and I wished I lived closer because they would be my go-to for sure.”

“Stopped by on a Sunday. There was several people that came in while we were there. I love seeing a local business be busy! The 7 layer bar was excellent, and the Tillamook Marionberry pie ice cream was great too. The girl working was cheerful and helpful.”

“It's a great little hole in the wall tavern. It's been there for a long time. Parents owned it then passed it down to son. The staff is super friendly and the food is really good. It's not 5 star dining It's a typical redneck bar but has pool tables and music. Nice place to let loose.”

Tip: After you grab your food, park right across the street on Cloverdale behind the USPS. It’s the perfect spot to eat with a lovely view of the mountains!”

“If you’re passing through Stevenson, Washington, make sure to stop by Gotta Hava Java coffee stand ☕️ This place has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere—it really stood out to us. Even though we only stopped once, the experience left a lasting impression. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us with big smiles and laughter that honestly helped ease our nerves after we accidentally ran into the stand and almost took off their gutter 😅 Instead of making it awkward, they were kind, understanding, and handled it with such a great attitude. That level of genuine friendliness is hard to come by and made the whole visit memorable for all the right reasons. What really makes this place special is that welcoming vibe—it’s the perfect stop before a hike, a drive through the Gorge, or just to brighten your day. Hands down a great coffee spot in the area, and we’ll definitely be back again when we travel through this summer for more adventures. Ati, Maranda and Family ❤️”
