Came here in a windy and a bit cold day. We sat in the outside patio. It is right on the river and view is unbeatable. And yes it is winter Columbia Gorge where you expect to see the high wind. The restaurant tried to keep guest comfy by providing patio cover and heaters.The service was a bit slow due to lack of servers (apparently). Food was ok. Nothing specially but typical American foods. Pricewise, it is about $20-$30 with tip included.Free parking.
Fun little bar and grill with a view of the river from the deck which is covered. Inside is a cute little bar atmosphere. Good food everything we've been there with more than the usual bar fare.

Great spot right on the river! Enjoyed sitting on their covered patio even in a rainy day. Good local beer selection and delicious salmon chowder! We got the charcuterie platter and it came with 5 pounds of cheese!
