Meghan was our waitress for breakfast this morning and she was absolutely wonderful- we had fun with her besides her incredible service. Also- breakfast was delicious- we had several things from the menu and all were top notch. Can’t beat the view of sunrise through the mountains over the river.
The meal was amazing. The waitress was the best.

The food we had here was below average, unfortunately. I can cook better and I'm not even good at it. Service was roughly average but we did enjoy the beautiful outdoor sights. I recommend heading into town if you want decent food.

The dishes like Beet salads, beef short rib, duck confit, Oxtail risotto, rhubarb tarte, and Bourbon carrot cake are flavorful and satisfying. The panoramic view of the grounds adds to the ambiance, and the attentive service ensures a pleasant meal. Recent visitors praised the friendly and efficient servers, noting that they were well-intentioned but sometimes short-handed, which affected the wait time for ordering and food delivery. The food received high praise, especially the seafood salad, seafood gratin, prime rib, and wild boar with polenta and beets, which was described as decadent and rich. Guests also enjoyed the house sourdough bread and the great views of the river. Some concerns remain about signage for directions and seating arrangements behind the bussing station. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience remains very good, with many visitors eager to return for the delicious food, good drinks, and beautiful scenery.
