We went for dinner on Saturday for the first time. The restaurant was busy, so I made a reservation next to the view. But we didn't get it, unfortunately. The food was ok; I ordered a brick chicken oven, which was a bit salty, and their special cocktails of the day didn't impress me. The service is great.

Really bad service. Brussel sprouts saved the meal, rest was average. But the service really killed the meal. No service for 15 mins, poor attitude, etc.

Food was below average, I definitely wouldn't return just for the food. The server was rude and condescending.

The food is delicious and varied....creative. The glazed Coppa was killer.Kids with narrow pallets might need an assist from the bar menu, though. In the summer...the view....service was Pro but friendly.

My husband loved his pork dinner. My son and I did not enjoy ours at all. My gnocchi was inedible. The server was friendly but the food took an extremely long time to get to us. Nice view but I don't think I Would go back again.

Unfortunately the food was very bland, disappointing for a $150 meal.. Polenta = boring. Gnocchi boring with sloppy spinach and peppers, bland chopped mushrooms. Salmon was ok. Wine = good. Dessert = good. Excellent server/waitress.

My wife and I went there for the Valentines Special. The quality of the food was excellent, but the portions were small and overpriced. The service was amazing. It was a nice experience, but we both felt that we certainly didn’t get our money’s worth. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even offered to take our picture.

Fine dining that's not stuffy - family friendly. We went to eat here as a family for a special Valentines Day dinner. The food was fantastic, and staff were sweet to my adventurous 10 year old.

Everything was great! The service was top notch and friendly. Our food came in a good amount of time and was DELICIOUS! The price of the desserts surprised me, but when they came it was all worth it. A fabulous experience.

While the views of the mountains and river are fantastic, the food, price, and variety of options are not. Second time eating here and I doubt I'd go back.

We arrived 9 minutes before our noon lunch reservation. We were not greated, but when advising that we were there for our noon reservation Emily only said you will have to wait then proceeded to ignore us. She didn't suggest seating while we waited and stood there for several minutes thinking the place must be packed. We saw some seats just past the reception area, so decided that we would wait there. We were seated at noon by someone using a cane and our experience started to change tremendously as she expressed how good of a day she was having and how beautiful the view was out of the windows. She also made sure that our table was good for our party and wished us a good day. The server soon arrived and greeted us providing menus. There was no beverage menu provided so asked for one. We only noticed mix cocktails and bottled beer on the menu, so asked about drafts. We ordered two draft beers. During our dining experience we received no follow up on the water. Two of the meals had a long hair found on the plate with one of the meals (salad) returned for a re-order. The other meal was tolerated (fish & chips) as the hair wasn't discovered until later in the meal. The food despite the hair was good, but the service and overall experience unfortunately was poor. Also see that the menu has a 3% charge for good service on the menu and feel that this is something that should be called out especially since there appears to be no standard for this.

Very disappointed. Was seated in a high traffic area even though there were more intimate tables still available. No silverware was on the table initially and also was not given a steak knife to use with my prime rib (had to flag down a different server to get one). Server was inattentive and awkward. Food was okay but not worth the prices. We also had poor service when we ate breakfast in the cascade room that morning.

I booked reservations SPECIFICALLY for the prime rib on my birthday. We booked at 7:15. All 4 of us were looking forward to it. The waiter said they sold out and that we would of needed an earlier reservation if we wanted prime rib. We opted for other entrees and 2 of the 4 meals were served with cold vegetables. As if they just came out of the refrigerator! Possibly they forgot to heat the potatoes? :( For $185 dinner per couple and my birthday, it was very disappointing. On a good note, breakfast that morning was good.

There was broken glass next to the chairs, the chairs were dirty and when I asked to move to a different table the waiter said no we don't do that. He wiped the chair with a wet towel and expected me to sit in the chair when he had just wiped it with a wet cloth. And the waitress never came back and asked us if we were doing ok or wanted anything else. Terrible service and it was my birthday lunch no less.
