So since I cannot find the Medford based food truck "Tacos Culichi" I am guessing this is the same folks. I work nights as a private security professional and company owner. I had seen their truck down Central avenue by Les Schwab in Medford many times. It was always hopping and seemed a very popular place, especially with Hispanic folks. I've been waiting forever for a good taco truck in town. This is it. Authentic Sinaloa Mexican food and it's delicious. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and much more!Delicious Cabeza, Camarones, Tripitas y mas. Friendly quick service and delicious food. I hope they stay around!!

Stopped by for a quick bite and had a carnitas burrito. The first bite wowed me! One of the best burritos I have ever had. I will be back. With the burrito that tasty, I am ready to go through their menu.
