“My partner and I stopped in and n our way to tour the caves. The restaurant does not look like much but the food is good. He got a burrito (which was huge) and I got the street tacos. We also each got a horchata which was delicious. We will be back if we are ever in the area again.“

Tacos Culichi 2 Mexican •

“So since I cannot find the Medford based food truck "Tacos Culichi" I am guessing this is the same folks. I work nights as a private security professional and company owner. I had seen their truck down Central avenue by Les Schwab in Medford many times. It was always hopping and seemed a very popular place, especially with Hispanic folks. That right there tells anyone its good, authentic, affordable place to eat. The first timeI went they were cooking fresh meats over a real wood fire grill! It smelled and looked so good I had to take a picture! I introduced myself to one if the owners "Daniel" we instantly struck up conversation and he told me all about the food truck, their values and business ethics, etc. I was very impressed. I placed an order to take home for the wife and I. Let me simply day this. Its hands downone of the best not just food trucks in the valley but Mexican food itself! You can see and taste the quality, the care and pride put into their food. Also this place is a very good value. It is inexpensive yet you get large portions. They are more than willing to accommodate any special requests like myself substituting raw onion with grilled onions. Everything I've eaten there has been wonderful. I do admit recently my order was wrong when I got home and opened it however I wasnt "shorted" just half the meal wasn't what I ordered. It happens, especially when its so busy and your cooking huge volumes out if a food trailer. I am a very adventurous eater so one of my favorite meats is "Buche" or hog stomach/intestine. I know it sounds gross but if you are willing to try it, I almost garauntee you would like it. It is deep fried and slightly crispy. Tastes alot like bacon! I like to mix it with the pork carnitas meat. Total pork overload! You also get extra sides of cucumbers, peppers, onions, limes, guacamole sauce, and a variety of salsas. Just such a great place to get truly authentic street foods. P.S. go on a weekend and order the "SUADERO" meat on anything. Its slow cooked beef brisket and is mind boggling delicious!“
