KFC is a welcoming restaurant with friendly and competent staff. They are honest about wait times and take care of their customers. The food is great and fresh, with nicely seasoned options like the KFC version of chicken nuggets and fries. The building is bright and clean, making it a perfect spot for families with kids, who will enjoy the bright colors, clean floors and tables, and plenty of seating. The service is exceptional and the chicken is excellent, with no complaints about their chicken. Some customers may have experienced issues with mobile app orders or missing items like butter, honey for the biscuits, or a lemonade drink. The freeway sign is defunct and not lit, so it is hard to tell KFC is even there. Overall, KFC is a satisfying dining experience.
