Girl at the drive thru was chatting it up with a friend in front of me. by the time I got my food it was almost cold except for the orange juice. that was room temp. 9:45 am 6/20/26
Very overwhelmed staff. Ordered drinks at the kiosk, but had to wait 10 min at the counter for the drinks. Also asked to use the restroom (it’s locked), but had to ask 2x for it to be unlocked remotely and wait each time as there was no one at the counter. Then had to wait to get a straw for the second drink. Then, when we tasted the drinks they were a weird combo of coke and maybe root beer? Decided we could live with that since the whole “fast food” experience...read full review
