I want to preface by saying me and my family have been coming here for years for the incredible pizza and atmosphere. I also don't want this review to come off as a reflection of every encounter I've had at this location - just this last particular visit. Pizza and atmosphere were wonderful as per usual, however, I had called an hour before for two medium pizzas so that they would hopefully be ready when we arrived later. It was confirmed on the call they would be ready...
I created an account and ordered online for pick up and the take and bake option. They offer delivery or dine in too. Pizza cooked up quick. We got the McKenzie Meat on a mozzarella stuffed crust. Delicious.
Many varieties of pizza to choose from and good crust, including stuffed crust! Lacking in customer service: no thank yous or smiles to be found here. Have to order at the counter and pay beforehand. Child seats were dirty.
