A simple order was messed up. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches and 2 1/2 pound roast beef sandwiches and got 4 beef and cheddar. The 2 1/2 pounders where to go. My husband can not have cheese so you couldn't just scrap them off. I live 1 hour and 8 minutes away. I could not just go back and have them remake them. Very disappointed and pretty expensive to have to throw away 2 $10.18 each sandwiches.

So frustrated after a long night at work stopped to pick up food. asked for 2 classics with cheese. The lady asked if I wanted melted or sliced I asked for melted ordered cheese sticks and ranch and ask for horsey and arby sauce ti go with. Got home and Nothing I ordered was correct No cheese no horsey no ranch. The worst part is I called as soon s I realized and all she could muster was oh that was me sorry.. No, we can make it right next time. I should have driven ALLL the way back in just to get it corrected. but i was tired, and didn't want the hassle. Way to go on the NO CUSTOMER SERVICE sad very sad. I hope this doesn't become the norm for them....

We love the new menu, stop going to about a year before they closed. Menu is so large that it will take a long time to trying everything on the menu. Looking forward trying everything they have.

I have been to the Arby's multiple times because I love their curly fries and a roast beef with lots of Arby's sauce. I order Bottled Arby's sauce to have at home, because it's a roast beef staple. Everytime I have gone the fries have been cold, and they almost never give me the sauce. My last visit the manager was super rude, had a bad attitude, and my fries were cold, I ordered on the app as I sat in line, how were the fries cold? Anyway, not a good experience on a single visit and the last visit the manager was even the one who was rude, but your employee in the window, he was sweet.
Curly fries were just like I remembered ! Hot, fresh, yummy, fun and mix arby sauce and horsey sauce for dip and it's childhood all over again! Not many Arby's in my travels and it had been many years since stopping. Being mostly vegan, and lactose intolerant the appreciation that Arby's hasn't changed their curly fries over the years is excellent!

First and last time ill eat here. Figured id give it a shot despite the word going around that this location is sub par. Ill save my Arby's cravings for when i visit Eugene or Portland. It isnt worth $15 for cold fries and loud teenaged workers cursing every other word while laughing and playing. If you got cold fries and dirty floors, why are the employees joking around, flirting, and going out to vape ever 30 seconds? Thankfully, theres a BK and McDonalds literally 50 yards away
