The store was completely empty, still the employee treated us like we were unwelcome. We asked about information about allergens, as my brother has some severe allergies. She told us she didn't have a list and refused to give more information upon asking. Upon leaving we saw a sign on the wall that informations about allergens can be found online. Had she given us the information we could have looked it up ourselves, but considering the incredibly rude welcome, I doubt we would have eaten there anyway. Reading other reviews I read, I assume it was the same rude employee the other reviewers were talking about. Two stars for the food because we didn't have any because of the employee.

Today wasn’t the best of all days for me, so my sisters and I decided to go get some Burger King just to get out of the house. I was then attended by probably one of Burger Kings best employees ever!! Her name is Christina, and she made my day so much better!! Wonderful customer service and amazing hospitality at this establishment by her!! Shoutout to Christina for making my day a whole lot better and making my sisters and I laugh all the way home!! God bless Christina!! Keep slaying!!

I didn't get her name, but the lady who took our order and helped us was awesome! She made sure we got fresh mozzarella fries and they were bomb! We don't eat fast food often but this was such a nice treat. Thanks for brightening our day <3

Super nice friendly staff. I had not had a good experience a year ago but for cheeseburger day I thought I'd try again. Was much better, order was as described and I'd go back again because of my experience today. Much appreciated
All I can say is wow! I’ve never had anybody take my order at the drive-through that was his curt and rude as this person. I very seldom eat at fast food establishments. And today was a reminder why. I don’t speak Burger Kingeeze so I asked for a quarter pound cheeseburger. The woman said if “you want a quarter pound cheeseburger going to McDonald’s” and she clicked off her microphone speaker. So I sat there and waited to see if she was going to take my order or not. After a minute of silence, I think she finally figured that I wasn’t leaving the drive-through so she came back on speaker said what do you want number one back-and-forth and what I ordered I asked for a strawberry milkshake and again she said we don’t do that here. menu is very difficult to navigate through because it’s a on a digital board and it’s continuously rotating. I think you have to be a speed reader to be able to decipher it. Anyway, I ended up at the window had to put up with the rudeness again, paid my fare and hit the road. I just can’t imagine that the franchisee would find this employees actions acceptable. Maybe next time I’ll take her up on her suggestion just go to McDonald’s.

Was provided the wrong food, when informing them it wasn't my order, I was told "you get what you got" and she walked away from me. Attempted to get a refund and was told to "just call your bank for a charge back, I don't have time for you right now" while the store was empty.

Great lady manager. She runs a tight ship. The dining area was very clean. Very clean restrooms. The burgers were good, fries were okay, & chicken nuggets were good. We would eat here again.
