This is an amazing place to go. I just got their classic chicken and waffles. The chicken was very crispy and juicy and the waffles while a little gooey were also very good as well. I recommend it to anyone who likes fried chicken and or waffles.

Best fried chicken in a 70 mile radius!!! I come in so often they recognize me now. I highly recommend the #4 C & W sandwich and the #3 bacon lovers. Like other reviews have said, the chicken breading and the waffles are gluten free! I had no idea and if anything it makes everything taste so much better! Highly recommend!

Great food, and really nice people running this place. I try to make it a regular stop - by far one of my favorites in town! The chicken has a delicious breading, and the waffles are also gluten-free, but you'd never guess that based off the taste. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

somehow managed to make the best chicken n waffles in the country gluten free. shits crazy dank if you haven't tried these guys out and you live in the area you're slacking big time. their chicken is insane, the waffles are perfect. amd everything couldn't be a better price.stop amd eat here if you're in corvallis and make sure to tip goood there is not many staff they work hard to keep this going. I literally have my homies drive me food from them hours away if I'm gone and they visit from corvallis and it's still just as good reheated. seriously the nicest people and best fried chicken in oregon. they had a flood or something like that this summer and have only been open Fridays and Saturdays since. get over there every weekend!

Basement stairs rarely lead you to somewhere as good as this.

Parking: Parallel street parking just outside on both sides of the street. If full, plenty around either corner.

How do I explain my first experience with this restaurant? I went in expecting your normal American greasy meal. But this was no ordinary meal. It's was Gluten free, dairy free, and wasn't greasy. It was amazing. The no-guilt food. Oh and the ranch dip with the chicken was amazing. The perfect balance of sweet and savory. I fear no meal will ever bring me this much happiness. 100% going again.

Stopped in today on my way out of town. Any time I can find a restaurant that is strictly gluten free, especially celiac friendly, I try it out. 4 Chicken and Waffles did not disappoint. The food wasn’t “good for being gluten free” it was good food all around. Many times my standards are lowered for gf items, but even my daughter who does not have to eat gf loved it. I was going to save my leftovers for my son who is also celiac, but I was too greedy and re-heated it for myself. Will definitely be back again when in town!

For such an unassuming name, I was incredibly surprised by the quality of the chicken.
Easily the best fried chicken in the valley and it's not even close. If they had a Nashville style fried chicken I could easily eat there once a week.
Hopefully hours improve in the future, but very much worth checking out.

As of 6/15 the hours are indeed 11-6 Fri/Sat only (I think the website had different hours posted so I wasn't positive on that). Keep in mind that you'll walk down a flight of stairs from the entry but there is an elevator to the left as you walk in. It's also very much a take out place - there are 2 tables there but it's first come first serve for those. Just good to be aware of, we were able to get one but we didn't have a backup plan in case it was full up.
Now, the food - I've had my fair share of chicken & waffles and this is right up there with some of the best I've had. Gluten-free doesn't mean anything to me, but for those for whom it's important it's a big deal and I'm always impressed when I can't tell it's gluten-free. The bacon version was fantastic and I sampled some of my wife's cinnamon ans sugar waffle which was equally tasty. Big fan of this stuff!
Parking: Had to park a block and a half or so away, had an elderly cane-walker with us which made it more of an adventure
